It feels like forever since the Pittsburgh Steelers have played, but finally it is Week 12-ish! If you followed my picks from Week 11, you would have gone 2-1 last week (20-9-1 YTD). As always, lines are brought to you via FanDuel Sportsbook. *Lines may change when and wherever you do your betting.

Let’s get started!

Spread:  Pittsburgh -10

I almost talked myself into the Baltimore Ravens, took one look at their current roster and the matchup at the end of 2019, and said "not a chance." The Ravens are down too many players. The two most crucial players not named Lamar JacksonMark Andrews and Nick Boyle, will not be suiting up for the Ravens. These two have been crucial to the Ravens run game, with Andrews being dynamic in the passing game. Instead they most likely will be relying on the talents of Luke Wilson and Eric Tomlinson to fil the void. On top of that, there are major question marks to how much of the workload JK Dobbins and Mark Ingram will see since they will be flying to Pittsburgh the day of the game. Gus Edwards is expected to be the workhorse and he is not nearly as dynamic as Ingram and Dobbins. Pair that with quarterback Robert Griffin III getting his first start since Week 17 of 2019 where he went 11-21 for 96 yards and 1 interception. If the Ravens want any chance at this game, I think head coach John Harbaugh and offensive coordinator Greg Norman will have to be quite crafty to draw up an offensive game plan to go score for score with the Steelers. Give me the undefeated Steelers, BIG.

Stiffler’s Pick: Pittsburgh -10 (Very Confident)

Total: Over/Under 42

It is no secret the Steelers are coming into this matchup pissed off. They are going to want to put an absolute beat down on a team who has caused unwanted chaos to their routine. On the other hand, I think Harbaugh and company are going to try to muddy this game to the best of their ability to hopefully make this game come down to a Justin Tucker field goal opportunity. In my opinion, the Steelers grab a big lead early and will ride Benny Snell Football in the second half to run the clock down.

Stiffler’s Pick: Under 42 (Not Confident)

1st Half Spread: Pittsburgh -6.5

The Steelers started awfully slow in their first matchup, failing to score an offensive touchdown in the first half. It is hard to imagine that they will repeat this performance after having nearly a week and a half to game plan for the Ravens. Again, I think the Steelers will come out fired up and start fast to make a statement. Give me Mike Tomlin and company going into halftime up a touchdown or more.

Stiffler’s Pick: Pittsburgh -6.5 (Confident)

Feel free to follow, fade, or criticize all picks. I wish you good fortune on your bets to come.
