3x First Team All-Pro. 1x Second Team All-Pro. 5x Pro Bowler. 68 career sacks. Pittsburgh Steelers' defensive captain, Cam Heyward is as elite as they come.
At age 32, Heyward is playing the best football of his career and is showing no signs of slowing down. Friday, the 11-year veteran took to Twitter and gave Steeler Nation a glimpse of how he's able to continue to stay so dominate; watch:

This is extra promising to see for Steelers' fans, seeing as how we're still in the month of February, and Heyward is already "back to work." Heyward will need to continue to be the dominate force that he's been for the Steelers to remain competitive in 2022. With a looming quarterback situation on offense, it will have to be the Steelers' defense that holds stout next season to give this team a winning chance.
Heyward finished his 2021 campaign with 89 total tackles (career high), 10 sacks, and even hauled in an interception, which he'll look to build on come September.
