HOMESTEAD, PA - Tuesday, defensive lineman and co-captain of the Pittsburgh Steelers', Cam Heyward celebrated his birthday by hosting the 5th annual "The Heyward House Birthday Bash" at Dave & Busters in Homestead, PA. This was an opportunity for Heyward to not only have some fun for his own name day, but to give back to his community.
The "Heyward House" is a non-profit organization dedicated to impacting the lives of today's youth. This yearly celebration commemorates area children benefiting from his foundation. This year, the event supports The Boy and Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvannia.
Have a look at some of the sights and sounds from the event, as teammates T.J. Watt, James Conner, Joshua Dobbs, and more also attended the party, and hear straight from Heyward below:

‘The kids look forward to having a good time. Sometimes, because of their backgrounds, they have to grow up so fast. We let them know it’s okay to be a kid.’ - @CamHeyward hosted his @97HeywardHouse b-day bash @DaveandBusters for kids from @bgcwpa
