PITTSBURGH, PA – Head Coach Mike Tomlin recaps the tough loss against the New Orleans Saints and how the mistakes during that game can be corrected before the upcoming battle against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday.

As of right now, the Pittsburgh Steelers find themselves on the outside looking in as far as a playoff spot, as they’ll need to beat Cincinnati, as well as hope for the Cleveland Browns to come up victorious against the Ravens in Baltimore on Sunday. The Steelers’ game vs the Bengals has been pushed to 4:25 pm EST.

Tomlin further discussed the team’s most recent injuries involving starting safety, Sean Davis‘ quad injury, and starting linebacker, Vince Williams‘ toe injury.

“We just focus on things that are within our control and from that perspective, it’s no different than any other week,” Tomlin explained. “We better focus on the task at hand, and the things that are within our control, and that’s our preparation and play as we push into Heinz Field on Sunday. That will be the message.”
