The Pittsburgh Steelers have already been well-represented in the first two weeks of the NFL Top 100 Players of 2019 countdown as linebacker T.J. Watt and defensive end Cam Heyward both made their respective appearances. Watt was voted 93rd and Heyward was voted just a few spots higher at the 88th spot by their teammates and players throughout the league.
Watt accounted for 13.0 sacks, 68 total tackles, and six forced fumbles in 2019. Considering this was only Watt's second season in the league, this is a promising sign of great things to come for the young star. There's no doubt Watt will likely land substantially higher on this list after the 2020 season concludes if he can build upon last season's campaign.

Heyward had an impressive season as well, racking up a career-high 12.0 sacks to go along with a career-high two forced fumbles. The Steelers have reaped the benefits of Heyward's elite run-stopping ability and disruptive presence up front. While the defense may not be quite what it used to be around a decade or so, Heyward has been incredibly reliable over the years.
