Anthony Chickillo (foot), and Roosevelt Nix (knee), both missed the game last week and did not practice this week. They have again been ruled OUT for this week’s game.
James Conner (ankle), Vance McDonald (shoulder), and JuJu Smith-Schuster (toe), all didn’t practice on Wednesday or Thursday, yet practiced fully on Friday. Conner is not listed on the injury report, and will play. McDonald and Smith-Schuster are both listed as QUESTIONABLE, yet I feel they both will probably play this week.
Vince Williams (hamstring), practiced all week, yet is listed as QUESTIONABLE. I think it’s a good bet that he plays. Cameron Heyward (quad), also got a little banged up in last week’s game. He practiced fully on Thursday and Friday after being given Wednesday off. Since he’s not listed on the injury report, he will play.
Since it is Baltimore Ravens week, I’d expect most of these players to push themselves to be ready for their most hated rival.

This week, I believe the inactive players will be:
- Roosevelt Nix: Listed as OUT, so will not play
- Anthony Chickillo: Listed as OUT, so will not play
- Fred Johnson: Steelers traditionally like to dress seven linemen when the team is healthy
- Chukwuma Okorafor: Has sat the past four weeks and I predict he will again this week
- Isiah Buggs: Has not been active all season, so he should sit again with a healthy DL
- Justin Layne: I can’t find any record of Layne recording a snap last week. With a healthy secondary, he shouldn’t be playing this week.
- Donte Moncrief: Had only three snaps last week and does not play special teams. Those snaps won’t be missed if he sits this week.
