The Steelers added running back, and brother of safety Terrell Edmunds, Trey Edmunds, to the 53 man roster on Tuesday.
The move comes two days after James Conner excited the Steelers loss to the Chargers with a lower leg injury. Conner was seen walking with a limp in the locker room yesterday, but declined to talk to the media.
Receiver Justin Hunter left Sunday nights game after laying completely out for an over thrown Ben Roethlisberger pass that resulted in him being injured. The team called it a shoulder injury officially on Sunday night.
Mathew Thomas to the Practice Squad
The Steelers released Thomas on Saturday to activate LB Ola Adeniyi. They also released LB Farrington Huguenin from the Practice Squad.
The Steelers will have one open spot on their practice squad.
