On "short" weeks, Pittsburgh Steelers head coach, Mike Tomlin meets with the media on Monday's for his weekly press conference instead of the normal Tuesday agenda. After a huge win against the Los Angeles Rams this past Sunday, the Steelers will prepare to take on the division rival Cleveland Browns on Thursday Night Football.
As Tomlin took to the podium today, he addressed injuries to Ryan Switzer (back), Ola Adeniyi (hip), and Anthony Chickillo (ribs). Their availability is uncertain for Thursday. As for running back James Conner, and offensive guard Ramon Foster, Tomlin expressed his optimism for them possibly being available against the Browns. As for running back Benny Snell Jr., and fullback Roosevelt Nix, they are unlikely to play.
Tomlin further expressed his awareness of Browns' stars Odell Beckham Jr., Jarvis Landry, Nick Chubb, Kareem Hunt and Myles Garrett, and best ways to contain them as the Steelers did against Rams' stars Cooper Kupp and Aaron Donald.
