It has been an emotional week for the Pittsburgh Steelers organization. The unexpected and untimely death of legendary running back, Franco Harris came just days before Saturday's celebration of the Immaculate Reception's 50th anniversary and the retirement of the #32 jersey in Pittsburgh. The circumstances revolving the matchup versus the Las Vegas Raiders do not change the fact that some players who are on the 53-man roster will not dress for the contest and will watch from the sidelines, attempting to stay warm in frigid temperatures. The five inactive players are listed below.

The team made a move today, releasing cornerback, Josh Jackson and promoting safety, Elijah Riley to the 53-man roster. Safety, Terrell Edmunds has been a very underrated and reliable performer on the defensive end since the beginning of the 2021 season, but will miss the game with a hamstring injury. Here is the full list of inactives for Pittsburgh in a game that could all but eliminate them from any postseason hopes.
1.) QB Mason Rudolph
2.) G Kendrick Green
3.) LB Mark Robinson
4.) DL Jonathan Marshall
5.) S Terrell Edmunds
