All Signs Point Towards Pittsburgh Steelers' Jaylen Warren Making a Return in Week 13

Pittsburgh Steelers undrafted rookie running back, Jaylen Warren missed last week's game in Indianapolis against the Colts with a hamstring injury. He sustained the injury during the first half of the Steelers' 37-30 loss against the Cincinnati Bengals, Week 11.

Wednesday, Warren told reporters that the medical staff has cleared him to return to play this week against the Atlanta Falcons in Atlanta at Mercedes Benz Stadium.

Video posted from practice today confirms that Warren is back working out with the team. Warren was also listed by the team's injury report as a full participant in Wednesday's practice.

Warren returns to a running backs room that has been a bit of a revolving door lately. RB1, Najee Harris, left the Week 12 game against the Colts with an abdominal injury. That left Pittsburgh with both of their star running backs questionable. With Harris still being listed as questionable on the Week 13 injury report, Pittsburgh would really benefit from the return of Warren.

During the game against the Colts, Benny Snell and Anthony McFarland stepped in to fill the void and did an admirable job. The medley of running backs was able to do enough to get 172 rushing yards and help the Steelers win 24-17 over the Colts.

If Harris does not play, then Warren will get the first start of his rookie season. So far this season, Warren has 38 attempts for 190 yards.
