Zach Frazier, the promising young center for the Steelers, recently made an appearance on The Christian Kuntz Podcast during the team’s 2025 Draft Party. Frazier was asked who he believed to be the unsung hero within the Steelers organization and it comes to no surprise for many.
"Yeah, I'll say [Chris] Boswell," Frazier responded.
Chris Boswell is the veteran kicker for the Steelers, joining the team in 2015 after going undrafted out of Rice University. Standing at 6'2" and weighing 185 pounds, Boswell has become one of the most reliable kickers in the NFL. As of the end of the 2024 season, he has made 272 out of 309 field goal attempts during his career, achieving an impressive career field goal percentage of 88.0%. In 2024, he led the league in scoring with 158 points and was named First Team All-Pro, becoming the first Steelers kicker to earn that honor.
