The Pittsburgh Steelers will face the Minnesota Vikings in Ireland on Sunday morning. Pittsburgh will enter the Week 4 matchup fresh off of a nail biting 21-14 win on the road against the New England Patriots, as veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers will look to play at a higher level following two straight weeks of underwhelming performances. The offensive line will need to play better throughout Sunday's matchup as well, as keeping Rodgers upright during his 21st NFL season will be absolutely crucial.

The Steelers arrived in Ireland on Friday morning. Rodgers was quick to voice his frustration surrounding the Steelers' arrival time while speaking with the media, as the legendary quarterback wishes the team was able to get there earlier in the week. Rodgers emphasized his desire to see things and site see around the country as Monday or Tuesday would have been a far more ideal arrival date for the 41 year old quarterback.
"It is what it is, but if the schedule had been a little different, if I could have chosen it, maybe we get over on Monday," Rodgers stated. "Tuesday is the day off."
Rodgers continued to talk about how he wanted to take his time in Ireland and enjoy the country, as the Steelers' travel schedule will prevent him from doing so for the most part.
"Good to get out, see some things. It's a beautiful country, it seems like, from pictures," Rodgers added.
Rodgers' frustration surrounding Pittsburgh's travel schedule is certainly notable. He is a four-time MVP and future first ballot Hall of Famer as Rodgers has remained as one of the best quarterbacks in all of football for the majority of his 21-year career. As mentioned, the veteran has struggled as of late however, as Rodgers threw for just 139 yards in Sunday's win against the Patriots.
Rodgers will need to put his travel disagreements aside and focus on the Vikings come Sunday morning. Critics are noting that Rodgers' recent level of play could stem directly from the offensive line's weary performance, as Troy Fautanu and Broderick Jones will need to limit the amount of hits that Rodgers takes to an absolute minimum. Rodgers could continue to develop his connection with both DK Metcalf and Calvin Austin lll in Week 4 too, as both receivers were credited with a combined nine targets in New England. It will largely depend on the o-line's continued growth, however.

Steelers' Aaron Rodgers Faces Another Elite Defense In Week 4
Rodgers will need to be at his absolute best against an impressive Vikings defensive unit. Minnesota was credited with a total of five turnovers in Week 3 against the Cincinnati Bengals, as the unit had two interceptions and recovered three fumbles throughout Sunday's matchup. The Vikings' defense has had at least one turnover during every game to start the season as both Rodgers and the offensive line for Pittsburgh will need to be ready.

Rodgers' comments surrounding the Steelers' arrival time shouldn't be a major concern moving forward. The veteran quarterback will need to play at an elite level regardless on Sunday despite arriving later than desired, as Rodgers will be facing one of the best defenses in the NFL. The Steelers are set to face the Minnesota Vikings at 9:30 AM EST Sunday where the veteran quarterback will look to play like the version of himself we saw in Week 1. If the Steelers' defense shows up as well, fans should be in for a real treat in Ireland.
