Arthur Smith and Jonnu Smith share a professional relationship that dates back to their early years with the Tennessee Titans. When Jonnu was drafted in 2017, Arthur served as his tight ends coach, helping develop his skills on the field. As Arthur advanced in his career, he was promoted to offensive coordinator for the Titans, continuing to work closely with Jonnu and deepening their partnership. Their connection remained strong, leading to a reunion in 2023 when Arthur became the head coach of the Atlanta Falcons and they later acquired Jonnu, highlighting the trust and value Arthur places on Jonnu’s abilities.
