Mike Tomlin had an unexpected press conference on Friday morning. During in which he gave some injury updates.
First and most importantly he noted that Ben Roethlisberger is expected to be cleared from the COVID Reserve list tomorrow and play on Sunday. He also stated that Vince Williams is expecting to start on Sunday as well.
Mike Tomlin says the expectation is still that Ben Roethlisberger will come off the Covid-19 list tomorrow, and if that goes according to plan, they'll have an extended walk-through with Roethlisberger and the team to give him an in-helmet perspective before the game.

He later explained that the Steelers will hold a longer than usual walk through on Saturday to get Roethlisberger up to speed.
For injuries it appears the team will get Tyson Alualu back after he's missed the past game and a half. He is desperately needed to help plug leaking rush defense.
Cornerback Mike Hilton was limited in practice yesterday and appears to be questionable with his sprained shoulder.
Tomlin says Mike Hilton (shoulder, limited practice today) is questionable for Sunday, but Tyson Alualu is a "go." He was a full participant in practice today.

Rookie Anthony McFarland and Kevin Dotson were both absent from practice due to illness. The team will be taking extra measures to ensure their health and the rest of the teams health this week.
