"Jones impressed as a pass-blocker in 2022, earning a 84.1 PFF pass-blocking grade and allowing just nine total pressures from 470 pass-blocking snaps."

Pro Football Talk was not as big on the AFC North's draft as other sites, however, no team has yet to get under a B grade within the division. The Bengals are at the bottom with a B and the Steelers stayed at the top spot with an A-. Pro Football Network writer, Ryan Gosling had this to say about the Steelers draft.
"It’s difficult to imagine the 2023 NFL Draft going much better for the Pittsburgh Steelers. They landed an explosive offensive tackle who can benefit the ground game from the get-go while honing his craft as a pass protector. Pittsburgh bolstered the CB room with two impact players, including legacy pick Joey Porter Jr. Multiple times, the Steelers took advantage of falling talent, most notably with Georgia TE Darnell Washington."

The Score
Pittsburgh Steelers: A+
Cincinnati Bengals: A-
Cleveland Browns: B+
Baltimore Ravens: B
The Score has breakdowns for each division, and the AFC North is the only group in the entire NFL to not have a team get below a B. The Ravens are in last again with a B and the Steelers lead the pack with an A+. The Score staff had this to say about the Steelers draft.
"The Steelers crushed this draft. All the attention will be on the Eagles for their first-round haul, but nobody had a more complete draft than Mike Tomlin and first-time GM Omar Khan... Some teams simply draft better than others - there's a reason this team never falls off."

Sports Illustrated
Pittsburgh Steelers: A
Baltimore Ravens: B+
Cincinnati Bengals: B
Cleveland Browns: C+
Sports Illustrated gives an AFC North team the first grade below a B. The Cleveland Browns were given a C+ and the Steelers went 4/4 being at the top of the list. Matt Verderame from Sports Illustrated shared his thoughts on the Steelers Draft.
"The Steelers might have had the best draft of any team. Pittsburgh found a left tackle in Jones, who could prove to be the best of his loaded class. In the second round, general manager Omar Khan took Porter Jr., a legacy in the Steel City with a ton of ability. He should start as a rookie opposite Patrick Peterson. Later on, the Steelers took Washington, a hulking tight end at 6'7'' who should provide second-year quarterback Kenny Pickett with a large red-zone target. Finally, Herbig was a productive linebacker at Wisconsin. Look for him to be good depth and a solid special teams contributor."
Looking into the future, the Steelers seemed to have not only the best draft in the AFC North, but one of the best drafts in the NFL. The team still has three spots to fill before camp to bring the roster up to 90 players. The team will be looking into free agents and maybe adding some undrafted free agents as well. Only time will tell how the seven players added will look, but Saint Vincent College and 2023 training camp is right around the corner.
