Steelers Great Joey Porter Sr. Backs Up His Past Trash Talk: "Not Going To Let Me Off The Hook"

"If I run my mouth the way I run my mouth, I still got to meet with all of y'all." Porter Sr. stated. "And you're not going to let me off the hook"

Porter Sr. then went on to speak about how trash talking has evolved, as the former linebacker claims he would always put pressure on himself to back up his actions on the field.

"I would put the pressure on myself to answer for everything I did."

Porter Sr. was nothing short of a star throughout his time with the Steelers, as Porter Jr. will look to play at a high level as well throughout 2025. Porter Jr. was credited with an up and down season in 2024, as the young cornerback flashed multiple signs of potential last year.
