Steelers cornerback Joey Porter Jr. (24) has fully immersed himself in the secondary, as he's been the most productive guy in that room for the last several seasons.

On Wednesday morning, the NFL announced their entire slate of international games, and with that came the official announcement of the Steelers playing the New Orleans Saints in Paris, France. Last season, the Steelers hosted the Minnesota Vikings in the first ever regular season game in Dublin, Ireland. Now they'll be the visitors during this October 25th regular season matchup.

"We're honored to represent the Pittsburgh Steelers and the NFL in the league's first-ever game in Paris this upcoming season," Rooney said via a statement from the Steelers. "Playing the New Orleans Saints in such a historic setting is a great opportunity to showcase the NFL's global growth, and to connect with fans around the world. It's an exciting moment for our organization and for Steelers Nation everywhere."

The Steelers won't be the only AFC North team heading overseas during the fall either. The Baltimore Ravens will be traveling to Brazil, and the Cincinnati Bengals will go to Spain.

  • Week 1: Rams/49ers (Australia)
  • Week 3: Ravens/Cowboys (Brazil)
  • Week 4: Colts/Commanders (London)
  • Week 5: Eagles/Jaguars (London)
  • Week 6: Texans/Jaguars (London)
  • Week 7: Steelers/Saints (France)
  • Week 9: Bengals/Falcons (Spain)
  • Week 10: Patriots/Lions (Germany)
  • Week 11: Vikings/49ers (Mexico)

Even with the Steelers' trip overseas, they still rank near the bottom for total air miles they're going to have to travel this season to play their away games. Their away games include trips in the division to Baltimore, Cincinnati, and Cleveland. Their other five road games outside of heading to France will keep them on the eastern side of the map with games in Tennessee, Philadelphia Jacksonville, Tampa Bay, and New England.

Fake Post Fools Steelers Fans

Earlier this week, a post on X caught traction claiming to leak the New England Patriots' full 2026 schedule. In that post, it had the Steelers traveling to play the Patriots for a Week 1 showdown to open the season. However, that post was quickly shut down and found to be false. In that post, the schedule failed to show the Patriots playing the Seattle Seahawks anywhere in the slate of games, but the Patriots do indeed play against the Seahawks in 2026. Stay alert!
