The team has been once bitten and are now twice shy. After a false negative Covid test from Vance McDonald last week caused so many issues this week, the team has opted to keep Anthony McFarland at home again today with his illness. Kevin Dotson also didn't practice today for precautionary reasons. We will have to wait to see if they are eligible to play on Sunday because they are both listed as questionable.
Great news is Tyson Alualu practiced fully today and is expected to play on Sunday after missing the past 3 weeks with a knee injury. Mike Hilton is still questionable after being limited in practice again today with his shoulder injury. Isaiah Buggs was also limited today and is listed as questionable.
Assistant Offensive Line coach Adrian Klemm will not coach on Sunday and was sent home with an illness.
Everyone else practiced fully today.
I have added the Covid-19 List players to the report. Vance McDonald is in the 10 day protocol and will not play on Sunday. Coach Mike Tomlin Mentioned he expects Ben Roethlisberger and Vince Williams to return to practice tomorrow once they clear Covid protocol. If this is the case, they will conduct an extended walkthrough on Saturday to prepare Ben for the Cincinnati Bengals.
The complete practice participation record is below:
